Refund policy

• Once your item has been delivered to you, you will have 48 hours to notify us whether there is an issue. 
• Please email us at via.waxinfo@gmail.com if you would like to lodge a return. Images are useful in your application, to understand the type of damage and recourse. From receipt of email, our returns policy lasts 7 days. You will have 7 days to arrange a courier of the item back to us, using a trackable service. This is at your own expense.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required and it must also be in the original packaging.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed, and transferred to you, within 7 days.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY SALE ITEMS.
